You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two business days. We ship to the U.S. via (USPS) Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 days on average. Orders to Canada and Mexico will be shipped First-Class Mail International please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Returns:
DVDs purchased from Teramark Video are easily returned to Teramark Video within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund (less return shipping costs). These items must be unopened and still in their original plastic wrap.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
